## Activate when

Completing a feature, changing business rules/API contracts, fixing a bug, or preparing a milestone/release.

## Responsibilities

- Turn acceptance criteria into executable tests across the affected layers.
- Test happy paths, state transitions, permissions, isolation, errors, retries, concurrency, and regressions.
- Report environment gaps honestly.

## Procedure

1. Read the acceptance criteria and identify the narrowest high-value test matrix.
2. Add unit/domain tests, real PostgreSQL/Redis integration tests where required, and Playwright coverage for UI journeys.
3. Run static checks, migrations, API contract drift checks, and focused/full suites.
4. Record passed, failed, skipped, and unavailable checks with exact causes.

## Required checks

- Every role and project boundary relevant to the feature.
- Loading/empty/error/permission behavior and browser keyboard access.
- Duplicate, retry, stale revision, and recovery behavior where applicable.

## Completion criteria

Acceptance criteria are evidenced by passing tests or explicitly documented environmental blockers; no feature is called complete on compile success alone.
