## 1. Overview & Commitment
Kit Status is developed by **Sleento** as an independent diagnostic utility. We strongly believe in user privacy and data minimization. Kit Status is engineered to allow users to verify satellite dish hardware availability without creating an account or harvesting personal data.

## 2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- **No Personal Identifiers:** We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
- **No Account Required:** You can use all core diagnostic lookup features without registration or sign-in.
- **No Tracking Across Apps or Websites:** We do not track you across third-party websites or services, and we do not sell or share any information with advertisers or data brokers.

## 3. Camera & Image Data (On-Device OCR Only)
If you choose to use the AI Camera Scan feature (Pro):
- **Local Processing Only:** Camera access is used exclusively on your device in real-time to detect alphanumeric kit numbers and barcodes using Apple's on-device Vision and machine learning frameworks.
- **No Photos Stored or Uploaded:** Images or video streams from your camera are never recorded, saved to your photo library, or transmitted to any server.

## 4. Diagnostic Lookup Data
When you query a Kit Number, UTID, or Serial Number:
- The identifier is securely queried directly via HTTPS against public satellite activation APIs solely to determine whether the hardware is unassigned or associated with an existing account.
- No user account or personal subscriber information is retrieved or stored.
- Your query history is stored locally on your device for your convenience and can be cleared at any time.

## 5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions (such as Kit Status Pro) are processed securely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) and our payment infrastructure provider, **RevenueCat**:
- Apple processes all billing information directly; we never see or store your credit card or financial details.
- RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipt tokens to validate entitlement status across app launches.

## 6. Children's Privacy
Kit Status does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. The application is a general-purpose hardware diagnostic tool.
