**Licensed Work:** The Licensed Work is the software distributed in this repository, except for any file or directory that includes an express alternative license notice.

**Additional Use Grant:** You may make production use of the Licensed Work for Your own internal business purposes, including use by Your organization and its affiliates, provided that You do not offer the Licensed Work or a substantially similar product or service to third parties as a hosted, managed, white-labeled, OEM, or embedded offering.

A prohibited offering includes any product or service that gives third parties access to a substantial portion of the Licensed Work's control-plane, orchestration, governance, deployment, observability, administrative, or API functionality.

For clarity, the following are permitted under this Additional Use Grant:

1. Internal use by You and Your affiliates
2. Evaluation, testing, education, security research, and personal use
3. Development and distribution of integrations, plugins, providers, adapters, and client libraries that do not embed or repackage the Licensed Work itself
4. Consulting, support, implementation, and migration services related to the Licensed Work, provided You are not separately monetizing access to the Licensed Work itself as a product or service

**Change Date:** 36 months after the date each version of the Licensed Work is first publicly released

**Change License:** Apache License, Version 2.0
