### Safety

- Plans are normalized and validated before Build.
- Builds are reversible and fail closed when their rollback manifest cannot be saved.
- Slow or stalled providers cannot hold a web request or generator indefinitely.
- Optional Atlas failures remain visible as warnings without failing the primary Build.
- API keys, credentials, reference images and customer content are excluded from support bundles and telemetry.

This is the first published Olivia version; there are no earlier public releases.
