MY WALLET SOURCE-AVAILABLE LICENSE

1. Definitions

1.1 "Licensed Code" refers to the source code made available under this license,
located at https://github.com/mytonwallet-org/mytonwallet, as well as any of its
updates and add-ons.

1.2 "Applications" refers to the My Wallet and Gram Wallet applications published
by the Licensor, including the mobile, desktop, web, browser extension, and
Telegram Mini App builds, and any other builds derived from the Licensed Code.

1.3 "Licensor" refers to the My Wallet team, the copyright holder of the Licensed
Code.

1.4 "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Licensed Code.

2. Grant of Rights

Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, you are granted the following
limited rights:

2.1 Reference Use

You may view, read, and analyze the Licensed Code solely for the following purposes:

2.1.1 Verification: Compiling the Licensed Code to confirm that the distributed
Applications are derived from the Licensed Code without modification, except as
prohibited under Section 2.2.

2.1.2 Analysis of the Licensed Code: You may analyze the Licensed Code for the
purposes of identifying potential security vulnerabilities or performance
optimizations. Such analysis must be conducted in good faith and with the intent to
improve the Licensed Code. You are expected to promptly report any vulnerabilities
or optimizations discovered during the analysis to the Licensor.

2.1.3 Contributions to the Original Project: You may fork and modify the Licensed
Code exclusively for the purpose of submitting pull requests to the original
repository.

- All modifications must be submitted to the Licensor or the designated repository
  in a timely manner.
- Unauthorized distribution of the modified Licensed Code is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prohibited Uses

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:

- Use, copy, modify, merge, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of
  the Licensed Code.
- Deploy the Licensed Code or any derivative works in any environment, whether for
  private, public, commercial, or non-commercial purposes.
- Redistribute the Licensed Code, in whole or in part, with or without
  modifications.
- Publish or distribute any application derived from the Licensed Code, whether
  under the My Wallet or Gram Wallet names or under any other name.

2.3 Reporting Ideas and Findings

You agree to report any vulnerabilities or significant optimizations discovered
during the analysis promptly to the Licensor via:

3. Restrictions

- Non-Commercial and Commercial Use Prohibited: You may not use the Licensed Code
  for any purpose beyond those explicitly outlined in Section 2.
- Deployment Prohibition: Deployment of the Licensed Code, in any form (with or
  without modifications), is strictly prohibited.
- No Transfer: You may not transfer the rights granted under this license to any
  other individual or entity.
- No Removal of Notices: You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or
  other proprietary notices included in the Licensed Code.
- Trademarks: This license grants no rights to use the My Wallet or Gram Wallet
  names, logos, or other trademarks of the Licensor.

4. Third-Party Components

The Licensed Code includes third-party components that are distributed under their
own licenses, as indicated in the corresponding LICENSE files and source headers.
This license does not modify the terms that apply to those components.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LICENSED CODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES
OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED CODE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN
THE LICENSED CODE.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon
termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Licensed Code and destroy any
copies in your possession or control.

8. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor
resides, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
