This Privacy Policy describes how RimCheck ("the App," "we," "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.

## Overview

RimCheck is an offline image-editing tool that lets you preview aftermarket wheels on your vehicle. All core functionality — including photo capture, wheel position selection, and image compositing — happens entirely on your device. RimCheck does not require an internet connection to function, and we do not operate any servers that receive, store, or process your photos.

## Information We Access

### Camera and Photo Library
RimCheck requests access to your device's camera and/or photo library so you can:
- Upload a photo of your vehicle
- Mark the position of Wheel 1 and Wheel 2 on that photo
- Upload a photo of a wheel to preview on your vehicle

These images are processed and combined entirely on your device. **We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server, and we do not have access to them.** Images remain on your device unless you choose to save or share the resulting image yourself (e.g., to your photo album).

### Advertising Data
RimCheck displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information automatically to serve and measure ads, which can include:
- Advertising identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID)
- Device information (device type, operating system)
- General usage and interaction data with ads (e.g., ad impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android Settings).

## Information We Do Not Collect

RimCheck does not require account creation or login, and we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or other contact information
- Location data
- Photos or images on any server we control
- Any personal data beyond what is described above under Advertising Data

## Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, other than the automatic data collection by Google AdMob described above, which is governed by Google's own privacy practices.

## Data Retention

Since RimCheck does not transmit or store your photos externally, there is no server-side retention of your images. Photos remain on your device under your control, and you may delete them at any time through your device's photo management or the App's own storage (e.g., replacing your saved vehicle photo).

## Children's Privacy

RimCheck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
