### 2) Data the app processes
The app only processes data required for app features:

- Location data (with permission), for weather, map, and tracking features.
- Media (photos/videos/recordings) when you actively use capture features.
- Camera connection data (e.g., IP, Wi-Fi SSID, Wi-Fi password) if you configure them.
- Device/diagnostic data as local app logs on your device.
- Purchase status for in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.

### 3) Purpose of processing

- Provide core app functionality (livestream, hunting tools, weather, map, documentation).
- Store your settings and local data on your device.
- Process optional in-app purchases through Google Play.

### 4) Third-party data sharing

The app does not sell personal data.

Depending on the feature you use, data may be sent to:

- OpenWeather (weather requests; e.g., coordinates and request metadata)
- Google Play Billing (purchase handling and purchase status)
- Guide camera devices on your local network (RTSP/HTTP control)

### 5) Storage and retention

- Settings, weather cache, map/hunting data, and media are stored locally on your device.
- There is no central NoxVision account backend.

### 6) Permissions

Depending on feature usage, the app may request:

- Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO)
- Network/Wi-Fi
- Media/file access depending on Android version

Permissions are only needed for the related features.

### 7) Children

The app is not specifically directed to children under 13.

### 8) Security

Reasonable technical measures are used. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
