There are multiple budget proposals in motion, and without a clear ceiling, it’s hard to manage things responsibly. Personally, I see the 300M–350M ADA range as a realistic zone, and this 300M proposal sits at the more cautious end of that spectrum. It’s not about pushing spending—it’s about having a clear structure to operate within, so DReps can make sound judgments. This feels like a necessary step to keep the overall process on track."
