(see the LICENSE file). It is source-available, NOT an OSI-approved open-source
license:

  • Free to use, modify, and ship — including commercially — IF your use is
    non-commercial OR your organization's gross revenue is under USD $25,000/yr.
  • At or above that threshold for commercial use, a separate commercial license
    is required. Contact: licensing@neptune.fintech.
  • Keep the attribution. Do not represent the system as your own. Do not use the
    Neptune.Fintech names, logos, or marks beyond the attribution required.

"Neptune Odyssey" and "Neptune.Fintech" are names and marks of the Licensor.

The example brands in this repository — including "neptune" (the platform
baseline skin), "Triton Bank", "Nereid", and "Proteus (Proteus)" — are
REFERENCE ILLUSTRATIONS ONLY. They demonstrate the white-label theming engine
(the same-but-distinct rule) and convey no rights and imply no affiliation,
endorsement, or partnership with any real institution.
