Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. ### Step 2 Combine melted coconut oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, yogurt, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. ### Step 3 In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add salt. ### Step 4 Combine all ingredients and flaxmeal and fold in blueberries. ### Step 5 Bake approximately 45 to 50 minutes. ## :pencil: Instructions - Glaze ### Step 6 For glaze, whisk together 2 tsp lemon juice and powdered sugar and drizzle over cooled cake.
