Stir together 1 cup of [Reduced Fat Bisquick][1] and powdered sugar. ### Step 2 Cut in firm butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs. ### Step 3 Press mixture into bottom and sides of ungreased square pan. ### Step 4 Bake for 10 minutes. Stir sugar, egg substitute, and grated lemon peel and pour over crust. ### Step 5 Bake for 25 minutes. ### Step 6 While warm, loosen edges and spread with glaze: powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
