--- comments: true tags: - bar - dessert - tante-myrna-seccia --- # :lemon: Lemon Bars ![Lemon Bars](../assets/images/lemon-bars.jpg){ loading=lazy } | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:-----------------------: | | 60 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :candy: 0.5 cup (57 g) confectioners' sugar - :butter: 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter - :ear_of_rice: 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour - :egg: 4 eggs - :candy: 2 cups (396 g) granulated sugar - :lemon: 6 Tbsp lemon juice - :dash: 0.5 tsp baking powder ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 9 x 13 inch pan ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. ### Step 2 Cream confectioners' sugar and butter then stir in 2 cups all-purpose flour. ### Step 3 Press mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. ### Step 4 Bake for 30 minutes. ### Step 5 Beat eggs, granulated sugar, and lemon juice lightly. ### Step 6 Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
