--- comments: true tags: - bar - dessert --- # :peanuts: Peanut Butter Bars with Salted Chocolate Ganache ![Peanut Butter Bars with Salted Chocolate Ganache][1]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 16 | 46 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :candy: 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar - :cookie: 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs - :peanuts: 1 cup creamy peanut butter - :salt: 0.13 tsp salt - :butter: 8 Tbsp melted butter - :chocolate_bar: 8 oz semisweet baking chocolate - :salt: 0.13 tsp salt - :glass_of_milk: 1 cup heavy cream - :salt: 1 tsp flaky sea salt ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 8 x 8-inch baking dish - 1 large bowl - 1 medium bowl - 1 small saucepan ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Coat the bottom and sides of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. ### Step 2 In a large bowl, stir to combine the confectioners' sugar, graham cracker crumbs, creamy peanut butter, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and set aside. ### Step 3 Place the semisweet baking chocolate and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until bubbles start to form around the edges. Pour the cream over the chocolate, let sit for 1 minute and then whisk until completely melted and smooth. ### Step 4 Pour the ganache over the peanut butter mixture and refrigerate until the chocolate is cooled and set, at least 45 minutes and up to overnight. ### Step 5 Sprinkle evenly with the flaky sea salt.
