Place about 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. ### Step 5 Bake until set, but not brown; about 10 to 12 minutes. ### Step 6 Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm, then let cool. ### Step 7 Roll in confectioners' sugar again.
