Add minced garlic and ground pork or chicken until done. ### Step 2 Add shrimp (optional), and garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ginger powder, simmer 5 minutes and then add green cabbage and shredded carrots. Cook for 5 minutes. ### Step 3 Turn off fire and while mixture is still hot, stir in rinsed bean sprouts (optional). ### Step 4 Let mixture cook completely and drain off excess liquid. ### Step 5 Place mixture inside of egg roll wrappers and glue with flour and water and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. ## :link: Source - Tante Myrna Seccia
