## :salt: Ingredients

- :butter: 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- :candy: 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- :icecream: 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- :candy: 0.5 tsp peppermint extract

## :pencil: Instructions

### Step 1

Beat 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter for 2 minutes on medium.

### Step 2

beat in 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.

### Step 3

Beat in 1 Tbsp heavy cream and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.

### Step 4

Gradually beat in 1.5 cups additional confectioners' sugar.

### Step 5

Beat 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
