- :rice: 2 16-oz containers sour cream
- :candy: 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- :icecream: 2 tsp vanilla

## :cooking: Cookware

- 1 medium bowl

## :pencil: Instructions

### Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla.

### Step 2

Place topping in the center of cheesecake, and spread gently to the edges. Return to 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
