--- comments: true tags: - main - vegan - favorite --- # :hamburger: Vegan Salisbury Steak ![Vegan Salisbury Steak][1]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 5 | 5 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :egg: 1 vegan egg replacer - :cut_of_meat: 1 lb vegan ground beef - :bread: 0.5 cup [seasoned breadcrumbs][4] - :glass_of_milk: 2 Tbsp oat or unsweetened almond milk - :onion: 1 pkg [onion soup mix][2] - :sake: 2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce - :salt: 0.25 tsp black pepper - :potato: 1 mashed potatoes - :mushroom: 1 [mushroom gravy][3] ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 large mixing bowl - 1 large skillet ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Prepare the vegan egg replacer according to package directions. Set aside. ### Step 2 Into a large mixing bowl, add vegan ground beef, [seasoned breadcrumbs][4], egg replacer mixture, oat or unsweetened almond milk, and 1/2 package [onion soup mix][2], vegan Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix well, until all ingredients are fully incorporated, then form into 5 patties. ### Step 3 Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
