Add spinach and bell pepper and cook until spinach begins to wilt. ### Step 2 Empty half the package of lentils into the mix and then add sun-dried tomatoes. Heat and stir another 2 minutes and then mix in the parsley and balsamic glaze. ### Step 3 Divide brown rice onto individual plates and ladle sauté over each serving. 28 minutes ## :link: Source -
