Mix 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp chipotle powder to extra-firm tofu. ### Step 3 Add corn, black beans, 1/2 tsp chipotle powder, and 1/2 tsp of chili powder. Sauté with olive oil over medium heat. ### Step 4 Build bowls starting with rice, then corn and beans, then tofu. Top with cilantro, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
