In skillet, sauté onion and minced garlic with olive oil. ### Step 2 Add spice blend and set aside. Lower heat to medium, add cooked lentils and a splash of water, tomato paste, and hot sauce. ### Step 3 Use potato masher to mash mixture. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, adding water as needed. ### Step 4 Fill hard taco shells with lentil mixture and top with shredded pepper jack cheese. ### Step 5 Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400°F.
