--- comments: true tags: - mexican - recipe-box --- # :pie: Tijuana Torte ![Tijuana Torte][1]{ loading=lazy } | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:-----------------------: | | 40 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :cut_of_meat: 1 pkg meatless ground beef - :onion: 1 medium onion - :tomato: 1 1-lb can tomatoes - :tomato: 1 can tomato sauce - :bell_pepper: 1 can chopped green chili peppers - :taco: 1 pkg [taco seasoning][2] - :olive: 1 small can sliced black olives - :flatbread: 1 pkg corn tortillas - :cheese_wedge: 1 lb Cheddar cheese ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 9 x 13 baking dish ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. ### Step 2 Brown meatless ground beef and onion, add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped green chili peppers, [taco seasoning][2] and sliced black olives. ### Step 3 Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. ### Step 4 Place 1/4 cup of meat mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
