Melt in a medium heavy saucepan 2 Tbsp butter. ### Step 2 Add vegetable stock or [broth][1], diced green bell peppers, and diced canned pineapple. ### Step 3 Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
