## :salt: Ingredients

- :lemon: 1 lemon
- :orange_circle: 1 orange
- :honey_pot: 4 Tbsp honey
- :leafy_green: 3 mint leaves (optional)

- 1 small bowl

## :pencil: Instructions

### Step 1

Zest and juice the lemon and orange.

### Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon and orange zest.

### Step 3

Add mint leaves (optional) for extra flavor.

### Step 4

Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss evenly before serving.
