--- comments: true tags: - oil-free - dressing --- # :bell_pepper: Roasted Red Pepper Dressing ![Roasted Red Pepper Dressing][1]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 3 | 5 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :bell_pepper: 2 large roasted red bell peppers - :sake: 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar or balsamic) - :droplet: 1 Tbsp water - :maple_leaf: 1 Tbsp maple syrup - :ramen: 2 tsp white miso - :garlic: 0.5 tsp garlic powder - :herb: 0.5 tsp [Italian seasoning][3] - :onion: 1 small shallot (optional) - :seedling: 1 Tbsp [tahini (optional)][2] - :hotdog: 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional) - :lemon: some lemon juice (optional) - :salt: some black pepper (optional) ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 small blender or food processor ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Place roasted red bell peppers, apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar or balsamic), water, maple syrup, white miso, garlic powder, [Italian seasoning][3], shallot (optional), [tahini (optional)][2], Dijon mustard (optional), lemon juice (optional), black pepper (optional) in a small blender or food processor. (Scrape out any seeds and extra liquid in the bell peppers before adding.) ### Step 2 Blend for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. (I use a NutriBullet.)
