--- comments: true tags: - side - trader-joes --- # :sweet_potato: Maple Harissa Glazed Sweet Potatoes ![Maple Harissa Glazed Sweet Potatoes][1]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 6 | 50 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :sweet_potato: 3 large sweet potatoes - :olive: 3 Tbsp olive oil - :maple_leaf: 3 Tbsp maple syrup - :hot_pepper: 2 Tbsp Traditional Tunisian Harissa - :salt: 2 tsp salt - :garlic: 4 cloves garlic - :chestnut: 0.5 cup TJ's sweet & spicy pecans ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 mandoline or sharp knife - 1 large bowl - 1 10-inch pan - 1 foil ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F. ### Step 2 Wash sweet potatoes. Do not peel; leave skins on. ### Step 3 Using a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes and set aside. ### Step 4 Add olive oil, maple syrup, Traditional Tunisian Harissa, and salt to a large bowl and mix until combined. ### Step 5 Add potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the mixture. ### Step 6 In a 10-inch pan arrange potato slices upright and in a row. Repeat with the remaining empty space in the middle of the pan. ### Step 7 Peel and slice the garlic and nestle between potato slices, evenly distributed throughout. ### Step 8 Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. ### Step 9 While baking, chop the TJ's sweet & spicy pecans.
