Stir with a spatula until mixture is thick and sticky. ### Step 2 Fold in rolled oats, mini chocolate chips and hemp seeds. Combine all ingredients using a spatula. ### Step 3 Scoop out a portion of dough and roll between your palms to form a bite-size ball.
