--- comments: true tags: - side --- # :cucumber: Roasted Delicata Squash ![Roasted Delicata Squash][1]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 2 | 30 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :cucumber: 1 large delicata squash - :olive: 1 Tbsp olive oil - :salt: 1 tsp salt - :hot_pepper: 0.13 tsp cayenne pepper ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 spoon - 1 rimmed baking sheet - 1 parchment paper or a silicone mat - 1 cutting board - 1 large bowl ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Cut the ends off of the delicata squash and cut in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scrape out the seeds and filling. ### Step 2 Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. ### Step 3 Place squash halves cut-side down on a cutting board. Cut into 3/8-inch slices; transfer slices to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil; add salt and cayenne pepper. Toss until squash is well coated.
