Sauté the celery, chopped onion, and minced garlic on high heat in a skillet with a few drops of water for 5 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat and cool. ### Step 2 Mash drained firm tofu in a large bowl. Stir in cooked mixture and walnuts, cooked brown lentils, quick-cooking oats, thyme, rosemary, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, parsley, and sage and combine well. ### Step 3 Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and spoon in the mixture. Top with a layer of BBQ sauce. ### Step 4 Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake 10 minutes more. ### Step 5 Best if allowed to fest for at least 1 hour. ## :link: Source -
