When butter has melted, add TJ's [mirepoix][1] and cook until softened, 5 to 7 minutes. ### Step 3 Add TJ's beefless beef and [mushroom medley][3] until cooked through, about 5 minutes. ### Step 4 Add tomato paste and mix to combine. Then add all-purpose flour and mix to combine. ### Step 5 Add vegetable broth and TJ's Mushroom and Company Multipurpose [umami seasoning][2] and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. ### Step 6 Add peas and mix to combine.
