--- comments: true tags: - vegan - salad - trader-joes --- # :green_salad: Vegan Caesar Salad ![Vegan Caesar Salad][4]{ loading=lazy } | :fork_and_knife_with_plate: Serves | :timer_clock: Total Time | |:----------------------------------:|:-----------------------: | | 4 | 30 minutes | ## :salt: Ingredients - :falafel: 1 can [garbanzo beans][5] - :olive: 1 Tbsp olive oil - :salt: 1 tsp [TJ's vegan chicken-less seasoning salt][2] - :cheese_wedge: 1 [vegan Parmesan cheese][1] - :green_salad: 3 Tbsp [TJ's Vegan Caesar Dressing][3] - :salt: some black pepper - :lemon: 1 lemon ## :cooking: Cookware - 1 lint-free towel or paper towels - 1 small bowl - 1 rimmed baking sheet - 1 food processor ## :pencil: Instructions ### Step 1 Prepare [garbanzo beans][5]: Preheat oven to 400°F. ### Step 2 Spread drained garbanzo beans on a clean, lint-free towel or paper towels and pat dry. Transfer beans to a small bowl, add olive oil and stir to coat. ### Step 3 Spread beans on a rimmed baking sheet and roast on center rack of oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and toss beans with [TJ's vegan chicken-less seasoning salt][2], set aside. ### Step 4 Prepare [vegan Parmesan cheese][1]. ### Step 5 - Assembly Arrange romaine salad on a serving platter or large shallow bowl. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons [TJ's Vegan Caesar Dressing][3] and 1 tablespoon [vegan Parmesan][1] and toss to coat. Add more dressing if desired. ### Step 6 Top with roasted garbanzo beans, sprinkle with [vegan Parmesan][1], and finish with a few grinds of black pepper.
