  harness. Disabling goes through `omarchy plugin disable`, which the shell
  applies live, so the bar icon and its background service leave without a shell
  restart.
- Gate Quit's `Qt.quit()` on `LISTEN_HARNESS=1`, set only by
  `tests/harness/run`. Keying it off `LISTEN_DIR` would take down omarchy-shell
  if that path variable were ever exported in a live session.
