LoveForX is a browser extension for X.com and Twitter that helps users reduce
timeline noise, improve readability, and export tweets as images.

This Privacy Policy explains what information LoveForX processes, how that
information is used, and what choices users have.

## Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the LoveForX browser extension and its current
core features, including:

- hiding distractions such as promoted content and Premium upsells
- improving reading flow through page enhancements
- exporting tweets as images
- saving extension preferences locally in the browser

## Information LoveForX Processes

LoveForX processes information from pages on `x.com` and `twitter.com` only to
provide the extension's user-facing features.

This may include:

- tweet and timeline page content needed to hide, expand, or reorganize visible
  page elements
- tweet content and media references needed to generate tweet image exports
- extension settings such as modifier toggles, language, appearance, and tweet
  image export preferences

## How Information Is Used

LoveForX uses processed information only to provide the extension's core
functionality, including:

- modifying the appearance and behavior of X/Twitter pages at the user's
  request
- generating reading aids and timeline cleanup behaviors
- rendering tweet image exports requested by the user
- storing user preferences so the extension can remember settings between
  sessions

LoveForX does not use processed information for advertising, profiling, credit
scoring, lending decisions, or unrelated analytics.

## Data Storage

LoveForX stores user settings locally in the browser using the browser's local
extension storage.

Core extension features are designed to process page content locally in the
user's browser. LoveForX does not sell user data.

## Network Access

LoveForX runs only on `x.com` and `twitter.com` pages.

When a user exports a tweet as an image, the extension may retrieve media
resources already referenced by the tweet page, such as avatars, emoji, or
attached images, in order to generate the final export. This processing is
performed to complete the user-requested export function.

## Data Sharing

LoveForX does not sell personal information or website content to third
parties.

LoveForX does not transfer processed information for purposes unrelated to the
extension's core functionality.

## User Choice and Control

Users can control LoveForX by:

- enabling or disabling extension features
- changing or removing stored preferences
- uninstalling the extension at any time

Removing the extension will stop further local processing by LoveForX. Users
may also clear extension data through the browser's extension management tools.

## Security

LoveForX is designed to keep its data footprint limited to what is necessary to
provide the requested functionality. However, no software or storage mechanism
can guarantee absolute security.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the
extension's functionality, legal requirements, or operational practices. The
latest version should be published at the same public URL used in the Chrome
Web Store listing.
