Use today's local commits and authenticated GitHub events: authored, reviewed, commented,
merged. Verify event timestamps; deduplicate PRs; collapse commits into outcomes. For
teammate PRs, name the user's action. For authored PRs, name current state. Ask only for
unrecoverable work, tomorrow, blockers.
