Mobius is **source-available** software. You are free to use, study, and
modify the source code for **non-commercial purposes** under the terms below.

## 1. Definitions

- **"Software"** means the Mobius source code and all associated files in
  this repository.
- **"Non-Commercial Use"** means use that is not primarily intended for or

- **"Commercial Use"** means any use of the Software, in whole or in part,
  that is intended for or results in commercial advantage or monetary

     endorse or promote products derived from the Software without prior
     written consent.

By submitting a Contribution (code, documentation, or other material) to
this repository, You agree that:

     terms as this License, and 果壳智算（北京）科技有限公司 may use it for any

product are protected by appearance patent and other intellectual property

果壳智算（北京）科技有限公司 OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES,
OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically
if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must
destroy all copies of the Software in Your possession.
