- Nutrition & Fuel Logs: Caloric goals, logged dietary items, meal timestamps, and macronutrient breakdowns.
- Athlete Profile & Preferences: Chosen athlete handle/name, training preferences, muscle split targets, and interface themes.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to power the core functionalities of the O1FC application:
- Calculating microcycle load, weekly volume distribution, and recovery energy readiness.
- Operating the tactical rest clock and exercise cadence tracking.
- Displaying historical training audits and athletic telemetry reports.
- Personalizing adaptive session recommendations through the Intel Coach module.
4. Data Storage & Security
O1FC utilizes a secure, local-first storage architecture backed by authenticated encrypted cloud sync where applicable. All network transmissions use industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
Local database caches are stored strictly within the sandboxed application container on your mobile device.
5. Strict No Third-Party Sales Guarantee
We DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data, biometric estimates, or workout telemetry to any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or insurance companies.
We do not inject third-party behavioral tracking SDKs or ad networks into the application runtime.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You retain complete ownership and sovereignty over your fitness data. You can delete individual workout logs, reset local caches, or request complete, permanent erasure of your account and all associated telemetry at any time.
