DSH is in developer preview. Before expanding a peer range or updating the verified version, rerun:

1. Cordis composition and `standingKeyFor('ome-engineer')` mounting.
2. Standard, Code, and Minimal preset isolation snapshots.
3. Session resume, fork, subagent read-only, and cancellation tests.
4. A real Define through Learn flow in Web and Desktop.
5. Clean-home package install, update, remove, and rollback tests.

The `event-catalog` bootstrap is a compatibility layer for DSH `0.1.1-rc.2`, which does not expose an official downstream custom-event registration service. Treat changes to Session Event APIs as release-blocking until this layer is reverified.
