FanFolder Software License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you (either an individual or a single entity, "You") and Ole Bulow
Hartvigsen ("Licensor") for the FanFolder software application,
including the compiled executable, installer, associated documentation,
and any updates or new versions (collectively, the "Software").

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software,
You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not
agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT — FREE FOR LIFE
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Licensor grants You a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to:

  (a) install and use the Software on any number of devices You own or
      control, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge; and
  (b) redistribute unmodified copies of the official Software installer,
      provided that this Agreement is included with every copy and no
      fee is charged for the Software itself.

All current and future features of the Software are and will remain
free to use. Licensor commits that no feature available at any point
will be placed behind a payment, subscription, or time-limited trial.

2. SOURCE CODE — NOT PROVIDED

The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement grants You no rights
to the source code of the Software. The source code is proprietary and
confidential to Licensor and is not distributed under this Agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

You may not:

  (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except
      to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable
      law notwithstanding this limitation;
  (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on
      the Software;
  (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially
      exploit the Software or charge any fee for access to it;
  (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution,
      or other proprietary notices contained in the Software;
  (e) misrepresent the origin or authorship of the Software; or
  (f) use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. OWNERSHIP
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The Software is the intellectual property of Licensor and is protected
by copyright laws and international treaties. Licensor retains all
rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all
intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to You
in this Agreement are reserved by Licensor.

5. OPTIONAL DONATIONS
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The Software is provided free of charge. If You find it useful, You
may, at Your sole discretion, make a voluntary donation ("buy me a
coffee") to support continued development. Any such donation is a
gift and does not grant You any additional rights under this Agreement.

6. NO WARRANTY
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS
OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR
IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. TERMINATION
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates
automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any of its
terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and
destroy all copies in Your possession or control. Sections 2, 3, 4,
6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. GOVERNING LAW
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to
its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and
Licensor concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous understandings regarding its subject matter. If any
provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in full force and effect.
