### Master VP (Master Voyage Planner)

Master VP ("the App") respects your privacy. The App is designed to operate primarily on your device, with core voyage data stored locally.

1. Data Collection and Use
Master VP does not run a developer-operated user account system and does not collect personal profiles for advertising purposes.

Core voyage planning data you enter (such as ports, voyage legs, speeds, and ETA-related settings) is stored locally on your device.

The App does not use advertising identifiers and does not perform cross-app tracking.

2. Location Services (Voyage Monitoring)
When you enable Voyage Monitoring, the App may access device location data, including:

latitude and longitude,
speed over ground,
course,
timestamp.
This data is used to calculate route monitoring information (distance and ETA) inside the App.

Location access is requested only with your permission and can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Local Data Storage
Voyage planning and monitoring settings are stored locally using iOS local storage technologies.

Master VP does not provide cloud sync or remote account storage by default.

4. Calendar Integration
If you choose to export ETA reports to Calendar, the App creates events using Apple Calendar APIs on your device.

Master VP does not store or transmit your calendar data to developer servers.

5. Notifications
The App may schedule local notifications (for example, ETA/report reminders) on your device.

These notifications are generated and managed locally on-device.

6. Network Requests and Third-Party Data Sources
Some optional features may request data from external maritime/weather/map data providers (for example, when importing route-related data or requesting forecast information).

In such cases, only the technical data required for that request is transmitted.

Master VP does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs for user tracking.

7. In-App Purchases
Master VP does not offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional functionality.

8. Data Sharing
Master VP does not sell personal data.

Data may only be shared when technically required to fulfill a user-initiated feature request (for example, requesting external forecast/import data).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
