Subscription Terms ### 3.1 Subscription Plans CanIEat offers the following subscription options: - **Monthly Subscription**: Renews automatically every month - **Annual Subscription**: Renews automatically every year ### 3.2 Free Trial - New users may be eligible for a trial period - The trial period length will be clearly stated at sign-up - You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge - If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your chosen subscription plan ### 3.3 Auto-Renewal - All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled - You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period - You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period ### 3.4 Refunds - Subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by law - If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period - Refund requests should be directed to Apple App Store support ## 4.
