Licensed Work:          The SpaceApp software and associated documentation files (the "Software").
Additional Use Grant:   You may use the Licensed Work for any purpose, including self-hosting and internal business operations, provided that you may not make the functionality of the Software available to third parties as a hosted or managed service, application service provider (ASP), or software-as-a-service (SaaS) that competes with oll4.com products or services.
Change Date:            2030-10-01
Change License:         Apache License, Version 2.0

Notice

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work. The
Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting specified kinds of
production use. The Additional Use Grant is effective only while this License
remains in force.

Effective on the Change Date, or the date of a License Milestone (if any)
specified above, the Licensor grants you the right to copy, modify, create
derivative works, redistribute, and make any use of the Licensed Work, subject
to the terms of the Change License.

Conditions

This License does not grant you the right to use the Licensor's trademarks, trade
names, or logos.

You may copy, modify, create derivative works, and redistribute the Licensed Work
only if you:

1. Retain the Licensor's copyright notice and this License in all copies,
   modified versions, and derivative works.

2. Do not remove or alter any notice of the Change Date or License Milestones.

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR
ANY CONTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN
AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE LICENSED WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LICENSED WORK.
