A SublimeText Package to upload PHP Scripts to 3v4l

Uses 3v4l.org to upload PHP code

Usage
-------------
Access "3v4l Uploader" through the Command Palette or by using the Key Bindings

Once called, it will upload the file in the background and open a browser to the link

Key Bindings
-------------
The default is set to "ctrl+alt+3"
