Customer Terms

This document serves as an agreement that you - an individual or corporation -
have the right to access and use the service - Create GitHub Branches from Jira.
We own this running service and all intelectual property. Rights to the source
code follow below.

A. Shared Usage

You agree by installing this add-on - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1217260 -
all users that have access to this service are also bound to this contract.

B. Risk

This service is provided as-is and without warranty or guarantee. There is risk
associated with linking your personal/corporate accounts with any third party 
system and, by installing this Add-on and GitHub App (jira-bot), you acknowledge
and assume the responsibility for the potential for data loss and data 
exfiltration.

This service should not be used for critical services or depended upon for the
continuation of your business.

C. Usage 

You can use this service in a corporate environment or in for-profit settings 
when licensing the product. You may use the service as long as it is licensed 
and have a right to use the service. We own the service.

D. Availability

You acknowlege that this service will not have 100% uptime and may be
unavailable for extended periods of time for regular maintenance. This
service may also be discontinued after a 30 day notice.

E. Pricing

The pricing reflected on the marketplace listing has factored in uptime and
limits to availability. For the latest pricing, please refer to the marketplace
listing.

F. Features and Bugs

By licensing and paying for this service, you agree to trial the service
prior to purchasing. Features and bug reports will be considered but you 
agree there is no requirement that these will be fixed or implemented. 
Not all browsers or OSs will be supported. If you are dissatisfied, it 
is your right to cancel the service.

G. Abuse

We reserve the right to block or suspend service to users that exhibit
abusive behavior or acting in bad faith.
