Sublime Text 3 - MOOS Package

This package provides basic syntax highlighting for mission and behavior configuration files used in the MOOS Middleware:

- **\*.moos** : mission configuration files
- **\*.bhv** : behavior configuration files
- **\*.plug** : meta file to be processed with `nsplug`

The package also provides basic snippets for the core building blocks in MOOS configuration files:

- **ProcessConfig** : creates a basic ProcessConfig block for a generic MOOSApp
- **ANTLER** : creates a basic ProcessConfig block for the ANTLER launcher
- **Behavior** : creates a basic Behavior block for a generic MOOS behavior
