Summarize:

1. Current project state (from Status.md)
2. Recent activity (last 5-10 commits from `git log --oneline`)
3. Article count and coverage gaps
4. Active work items and their next task (from Work/README.md and Work/Active/*.md)
5. Suggested next steps — point to `/backlog-run` to run the next task

If Wiki/ doesn't exist, suggest running wiki-init.
