Pandas’s 5 mm aluminium checker plate weight is durable and corrosion-resistant. Available in 3003 Tread-Brite as well as 5086 and 6061 alloys, our extensive inventory includes both bright and mill-finished plate, in both embossed and diamond tread forms. Our stock assortment of thicknesses and sizes supports various industries including toolbox, cargo and emergency vehicle manufacturers, among many others.

We carry Aluminum Tread/Diamond Plate in 3003-H22, and 6061-T6. 3003 is shinier, corrosion resistant, and popular for decorative metal working - while 6061 is less corrosion resistant it is stronger than 3003. Both offer anti-slip floor surfaces. Aluminum Tread Plate stock is available in full size and custom cut lengths.
Aluminum Tread/Diamond Plate 6061 is highly versatile and normally used for aerospace, marine, electronic, ornamental, machinery, and structural applications. 6061 aluminum has a good strength-to-weight ratio, above average corrosion resistance, good machinability, and is excellent for welding. Aluminum 6061 tread plate stock is available in full size and custom cut lengths.
