The NotePd app is a Software as a Service application, and its creator takes no responsibility for any difficulties that arise as a result of its use. The use of the app is totally up to the user. The application does not directly ask the user for any personal information. Users that save personal information in the app do so at their own risk. The program does not save data in the cloud and does not require a third-party service login. All data is saved solely on the device. The data is backed up in the application folder, and the user is left with secure storage for future retrieval. The developer cannot be held responsible for any loss of data from the app.
