This Privacy Policy describes how Per Bergkvist ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the mobile application DigPac (the "App").
1. Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. We do not require account creation or login to use the App.
2. Google AdMob (Third-Party Advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data to provide personalized advertising.

3. Local Data Storage
The App stores game-related data, such as high scores and game progress, locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties. You can clear this data at any time through the in-game settings or by uninstalling the App.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data (other than what is handled by AdMob for ad delivery), it is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that AdMob has collected data from your child, please contact Google or review their privacy settings.
5. GDPR (European Union Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
