Third-person academic voice — assertive, no hedging (no "may/might/possibly/generally") 3. **Bold every technical term** on first use only 4. Numbered points (1, 2, 3...) for body. Tables for comparisons. Boxed answers for numericals. 5. For 4+ marks: definition + points + diagram (if structural/topical) + example (if applicable) + closing line 6. 1 mark = 2-3 lines, 2 marks = 5-6 lines, ~3 lines per additional mark 7.
