IoT DC3 License Notice

This notice describes the license relationship for IoT DC3. It is intended to clarify the repository licensing model and
does not add extra restrictions to rights granted by the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later.

1. Community Edition

The IoT DC3 Community Edition source code in this repository is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License
version 3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later).

You may use, copy, modify, distribute, and run the Community Edition under the terms of AGPL-3.0-or-later. When the
software is modified and used to interact with users remotely through a computer network, AGPL section 13 requires that
the corresponding source code of the modified version be offered to those users.

2. Commercial Licensing

Commercial licensing may be available separately from the copyright owner for users who need terms outside the
AGPL-3.0-or-later license, such as closed-source derivative products, commercial plugin usage, private redistribution
terms, branding removal, or other separately negotiated permissions.

A commercial license applies only after a separate written commercial agreement is signed by the authorized parties.
Unless that agreement says otherwise, commercial licenses may not be sublicensed, redistributed, or resold.

3. Commercial Plugins

Commercial plugins, modules, extensions, or other separately distributed artifacts may be licensed under their own
commercial terms. Those terms are independent from the AGPL-licensed Community Edition source code unless explicitly
stated otherwise.

Commercial plugin source code, binaries, documentation, and license keys may not be reverse engineered, decompiled,
distributed, resold, or shared except as permitted by the applicable commercial agreement.

4. Copyright and Trademarks

Copyright notices, license notices, and attribution notices in the source code must be preserved as required by the
applicable license.

IoT DC3 names, logos, and other project identifiers may be subject to trademark, branding, or other rights. The
AGPL-3.0-or-later license governs copyright permissions for the software, but it does not grant trademark rights.

5. Disclaimer

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, IoT DC3 is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions
